Dr. Shradha Billawa is a Counselling Psychologist with a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology from the University of East London. She has over eight years of experience supporting adults and adolescents across the UK and UAE within the NHS, public, and private sectors.
Her clinical expertise includes working with anxiety, depression, grief, identity-related challenges, relational difficulties, and psychosexual concerns. Shradha adopts an integrative and person-centred approach, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, Narrative, and Humanistic approaches to help clients build resilience and create meaningful change.
She is committed to providing culturally sensitive and neuro-affirmative care, ensuring that each client feels respected, understood, and supported in ways that honour their individuality and lived experience.
Dr. Billawa is registered with the Community Development Authority (CDA) in Dubai and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) in the UK, and is a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the Black, African and Asian Therapy Network (BAATN).
