A safe, supportive, and engaging group designed for neurodivergent teens to connect, build friendships, and develop social and communication skills in a relaxed, low-pressure environment.
This therapy-led group uses board games as a tool to support connection, regulation, and enjoyment, while creating natural opportunities for interaction and skill-building.

Schedule
This group runs as a 4-week block, with sessions held once per week.
Session time: 4:30pm – 5:45pm
