Rajesh Khadka

Accountant and Finance Administrator

Rajesh is a dedicated and detail-oriented finance professional in the Accounts and Finance Department at Insights Psychology. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (BBA) from Anna Malai University, Chennai, and as a semi-qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), he combines academic rigor with practical expertise to drive financial excellence.

Born and raised in Nepal, Rajesh began his career in 2017, honing his skills across India and Nepal before embarking on a new chapter in Dubai in August 2024. At Insights Psychology, he ensures the organisation’s financial health, enabling its mission to provide transformative mental health services.

Outside of work, Rajesh channels his energy into football, a sport he has passionately played since his school days in Nepal, valuing teamwork and discipline on and off the field. He is equally dedicated to social service, volunteering with local initiatives such as organising blood donation campaigns and supporting education programs for underprivileged communities. For Rajesh, “giving back is not just an act, but a responsibility” —a philosophy he embodies through his active participation in community-driven causes
