Dr Niamh is a UK trained Clinical Psychologist with a breadth of experience working across public and private clinical services in the UK and UAE. Dr Niamh enjoys working therapeutically with children and adolescents with a wide range of mental health needs, including anxiety, OCD, low mood, and developmental trauma. She is also passionate about working with neurodivergent young people and their families, adopting a neuroaffirmative approach. She is experienced in a range of therapeutic models, including CBT, CFT, ACT, systemic, and play-based therapies. She also completes neurodevelopmental assessments at Insights Psychology, including for autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties.

Dr Niamh adopts an evidence-based, integrative, and creative approach to her work, in order to meet a client’s unique and individual needs and strives to make young people and their families feel safe, understood, and supported.
Dr Niamh is an animal lover, and enjoys spending time at the beach, keeping active and travelling in her spare time.
