Niamh graduated in 2019 with a BSc in Occupational Therapy from Trinity College Dublin and has 6 years of clinical experience across the UK and Dubai. She specialises in delivering assessments and therapy to support children in meaningful occupations, including play, handwriting, classroom routines, and sensory regulation at home and school.

Niamh is a child-led therapist who uses a neuroaffirming approach, incorporating children’s interests to build skills and connections. Her clinical passions include supporting gross and fine motor development, enhancing co-regulation skills for parents and children, and building self-regulation strategies to improve engagement in school and daily activities. Niamh also works closely with parents to support practical life skills such as dressing, fostering executive functioning, and establishing effective routines that promote a child’s independence and success in daily life.

Niamh is a part of the multidisciplinary assessment team, supporting neurodevelopmental assessments for autism, ADHD, and DCD. She collaborates with psychologists and speech and language therapists to ensure a well-rounded, comprehensive approach to assessment and intervention.

Her advanced training includes
  • ADOS-2
  • Griffiths-3
  • Floortime Level 1
  • SCERTS
  • Sensory Integration (CLASI, in progress)
In her spare time, Niamh enjoys staying active through golf, padel tennis, and the gym. She loves to travel and explore new places.
