Dr Kate Kamson is a UK HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist as well as a DHA Licenced Psychologist with over 15 years’ experience of working with children, families and adults within the mental health sector. Dr Kate has also worked as a researcher and lecturer. Dr Kate completed her Professional Doctorate at the University of Hertfordshire, UK. Dr Kate brings a warm and empathic style to therapy, working in collaboration with children, families and adults to reach their goals.

As a systemic practitioner, Dr Kate has experience of providing family therapy and couples work, to those with a range of life stressors including new diagnoses, traumatic life events, physical health changes, and relationship challenges.

Dr Kate has extensive experience in supporting children and families with neurodevelopmental needs and various mental health presentations.

Dr Kate is currently on maternity leave until February 2026
In her spare time Dr Kate likes to spend time with her family, go for long walks, visiting new places, and connecting with friends.
