Geraldine holds a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from South Africa. With over 12 years of experience, Geraldine has special interests in teacher training to support literacy development, supporting children with dyslexia, multilingualism, and fostering neurodiversity-affirming classrooms.

Geraldine works closely with children, their families, and the systems around them, including schools and teachers, to ensure a collaborative and holistic approach to therapy. Guided by the philosophy that a child exists within a broader system, she values clear and consistent communication with all members of the child’s team. Geraldine’s approach is informed by evidence-based strategies and neurodiversity-affirming principles. Geraldine is a key member of multi-disciplinary assessment teams at Insights Psychology, and contributes effectively to neurodevelopmental assessments such as autism, ADHD, and learning differences.

Geraldine has completed specialised training in ADOS-2, Elklan, Hanen SPARK, PROMPT (Bridging Level), and Makaton.
In her spare time, Geraldine enjoys travelling, trying new foods, and taking long walks in nature.
