France is a Psychology graduate from St. Dominic College of Asia and a licensed Psychometrician in the Philippines. With over five years of experience in the psychology field, France has worked in diverse industries. She began her career as an HR Assistant in an industrial setting, where she spent a year before transitioning to a Psychometrician role at a diagnostic clinic. There, she honed her skills in client communication, administrative tasks, and psychological assessments while working closely with psychologists to ensure smooth processes in mental health settings.
In 2021, France relocated to Dubai to explore new opportunities and is currently part of the Insights team. She is passionate about deepening her understanding of psychological processes, human behaviour, emotions, and thinking. Her work continues to inspire her to expand her knowledge while contributing her expertise to the field.
