Dr Rhea is trained across modalities, she gravitates toward a systemic way of working, which means understanding a person not in isolation but within the context of their relationships, environment, culture, and life experiences.
This approach allows Dr Rhea to explore how patterns develop and how meaningful, sustainable change can be achieved within the wider system a person lives in.
Dr Rhea specialises in neurodevelopmental assessment with a particular focus on ADHD
and Autism in adults and young people. She has extensive NHS experience within
community mental health teams, community learning disabilities and has spent much of
her career supporting individuals living with persistent pain, long-term health conditions,
and medically unexplained symptoms.
