Dr Claire has over 20 years’ experience working as a Clinical Psychologist across both the private and public sectors in the UK, Pacific, Australia and Dubai. Dr Claire is a collaborative and strengths-based practitioner who specialises in online therapy for adults, couples and parents, facing a broad range of difficulties, including relational issues, anxiety, depression, stressful life transitions and the effects of trauma.
Dr Claire uses an Integrative therapeutic approach, drawing from a range of therapeutic models including ACT, CBT and EMDR. Dr Claire specialises in supporting neurodivergent clients and their families and is committed to doing so within a neurodiversity-affirmative framework that builds on the unique strengths and abilities of the client. Dr Claire has specialist training to support clients who have experienced trauma. Her couples therapy is informed by evidence-based approaches such as The Gottman Method and Emotion Focussed Family Therapy.

Outside of work Claire loves to spend time with her family. She likes to play tennis and, weather permitting, enjoys hiking and desert camping.
