Exploring my Identify (14-16 year olds)

This group provides a supportive space for younger autistic thinkers to begin exploring their neurodivergent identity, share experiences, and connect with like-minded peers. Sessions focus on developing self-understanding, celebrating strengths, and building confidence in a neuroaffirming environment. Alongside the young people’s group, parents attend an adjoining group to gain insight, share reflections, and strengthen connections at home.
