Basic Life Support Training

Our Essential Basic Life Support Training is a 5-hour, practical, hands-on workshop designed to equip attendees with the skills and confidence to respond to cardiac arrest and choking emergencies.

 

This course is delivered by Insights Psychology, a DHA-registered training provider, and taught by a certified Highfield-accredited CPR & First Aid instructor.

The training follows internationally recognised CPR best-practice standards.

 

What You Will Learn
During the training, participants will learn how to:

• Recognise the signs of cardiac arrest.
• Activate the correct emergency response.
• Perform adult, child, and infant CPR.
• Safely use an AED (defibrillator).
• Manage choking in adults, children, and infants.
• Prioritise scene safety and effective teamwork.
• Apply updated international resuscitation guidelines.
