• Deliver evidence-based therapy and lead neurodevelopmental and psychological assessments for adults.
• Provide accurate diagnoses and clear reports with practical strategies for home, work, and community settings.
• Collaborate with families, employers, and external stakeholders through feedback, workshops, and psychoeducation.

• Lead multidisciplinary neurodevelopmental assessments for children aged 5–17.
• Conduct interviews, gather teacher/parent input, and administer standardised assessments 
• Provide differential diagnoses across Autism, ADHD, DLD, SPLD, DCD, and related conditions.
• Collaborate with MDT colleagues, deliver feedback meetings, and produce practical, high-quality reports.
