Amy is a UK-trained Occupational Therapist with 12 years of experience supporting adults and adolescents with a wide range of mental health diagnoses, psychological trauma, Autism, and ADHD. Her clinical and managerial background includes work across community services, inpatient hospitals, and secure forensic environments in the UK. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy (2013) and a Master of Science in Leadership Development in Healthcare, both awarded in the UK.
Amy is passionate about helping individuals who face challenges in managing the demands of everyday life, whether in school, university, work, family and social situations, emotional and behavioural regulation, or managing practical responsibilities. She works collaboratively with clients to explore the social, emotional, cognitive, psychological, environmental, and societal pressures they experience. Where these demands do not align with an individual’s needs or worldview, Amy develops collaborative personalised plans to adapt and build skills that enhance performance and engagement.
