Síofra is a passionate and highly skilled Paediatric Occupational Therapist from Ireland, based in Dubai since 2024. She holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Cumbria (UK) and brings extensive experience supporting children and young people across clinics, schools and hospital settings.

Síofra specialises in helping children develop independence and confidence in their daily lives. Her professional interests include sensory processing difficulties, neurodevelopment, early years intervention, heady injury and concussion management, upper limb rehabilitation, handwriting difficulties, visual-motor and visual-perceptual challenges and executive function challenges.

Síofra has delivered training for teachers and learning support assistants and works closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic and child-centered care. She provides comprehensive assessments, evidence-based interventions and creates individualised therapy plans to support with generalisation of skill development at home and school.

Síofra is recognised for her warm, collaborative approach and her commitment to building strong relationships with children, families and educational teams. She is dedicated to improving children’s independence and quality of life, always striving for the highest standards of care.
Outside of work, Síofra enjoys travel and musical theatre. She is committed to her ongoing professional development to ensure she provides the best possible support for every child she works with.
