Maha graduated from Jordan University Science and Technology in 2017 with BSc. in Occupational Therapy. Maha is a passionate occupational therapist with 5 years of experience in clinics and schools across Jordan and the UAE. At the heart of her practice, Maha champions each client’s well-being by honoring their passions, fostering strengths, and supporting play, learning, motor skills, and emotional regulation through evidence-based approaches.

She also empowers each child’s support network through parent consultations, and workshops for teachers and learning assistants. Maha is certified in positive behaviour handling, the Size Matters Handwriting Program, and SCERTS. Blending those along with NDT, motor learning, and sensory integration protocols, she works on designing holistic, neurodiverse affirming OT sessions that respect your autonomy and needs while challenging you to achieve desired therapeutic outcomes. Maha has recently joined the Emirates Occupational Therapy Working Group and is working to promote quality occupational therapy in the UAE.
Outside her sessions, Maha enjoys running, playing basketball, reading, and picnics.
