Insights Psychology DMCC and Therapy by Insights are registered facilities with the Community Development Authority (CDA) and Dubai Health Authority (DHA). Our Psychologists and Therapists are fully licensed.
We do not offer direct billing with health insurance companies, however, if your insurance covers Psychological Therapies (Psychotherapy), Neurodevelopmental Assessments, or Developmental Therapies (Speech and Language and Occupational Therapy), we can assist with a ‘pay and claim’ process. This means you pay Insights Psychology directly for the service and then you can submit a reclaim form with a stamped receipt to your insurer.
How can we help?
At the time of your Initial Consultation, the clinician may be able to provide a referral letter for your insurance company that outlines the treatment plan and/or assessment plan if appropriate. This may include details such as the planned insurance codes which will be used in billing for the service (CPT codes) and/or query diagnoses related to the proposed treatment when needed (outlining if it is medically necessary).
After each therapy session or consultation, the clinician will work together with our administration team to provide you with a stamped receipt and insurance form if needed.
Insurance fraud is a serious offense. We are committed to working collaboratively with families to ensure that they access the coverage available on their policies and within the parameters of their policies.
Important! Psychologists’ and Therapists are allied health professionals, that means that they are not medically trained physicians. Many insurance policies require that the individual is referred to allied health services by a medical doctor. Although our team can issue a referral letter to include your symptoms and treatment plan, many policies require the same endorsement from a medical doctor too.
Ensure to check the terms and conditions of your policy as you may need to arrange a separate visit to a medical doctor prior to starting your assessment or treatment plan in order for the service to be covered. We are well connected to the medical community in Dubai, and we are happy to recommend doctors that are sensitive and supportive of mental health needs and neurodiversity when this is needed.

Cancellation Policy:

To provide the best service for all clients, we require at least [notice period, e.g., 24-48 hours] notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.
