Dr Charlotte is a UK-trained Clinical Psychologist who holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy) and a Master’s degree in Psychological Research Methods. She provides evidence-based, compassionate care to children, adolescents and adults, supporting a wide range of emotional, behavioural and neurodevelopmental needs. Her approach is collaborative and person-centred, recognising the important role that identity, values, culture, relationships and life experiences play in emotional wellbeing.
Charlotte has specialist expertise in neuropsychological assessment for individuals with acquired brain injury, exploring the relationship between brain function, cognition, emotions and behaviour. She also has experience assessing and supporting individuals with autism and ADHD, working closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure assessment findings and recommendations are practical, meaningful and tailored to everyday life.
Her therapeutic practice integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Narrative Therapy, Systemic approaches and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She supports children, adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma-related experiences and emotional regulation difficulties. Charlotte strives to create a supportive, compassionate and collaborative therapeutic space where people feel heard, understood and empowered.
