Dr Denika Campbell-Lee holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy), alongside a Master’s degree in Research into Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology. She has also completed foundation training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Systemic/Family Therapy.
Dr Denika works with adults, children, and families across a wide range of presentations, including anxiety, depression, trauma, personality-related difficulties, and neurodevelopmental differences such as Autism and ADHD. She is an experienced lead assessor in multidisciplinary neurodevelopmental assessments and also supports individuals with neuropsychological conditions such as stroke and traumatic brain injury.
Her approach is integrative, drawing on Systemic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), and psychodynamic approaches.
