Safeguarding children requires more than awareness.

It requires clear knowledge, confident decision-making, and a strong understanding of
professional responsibilities under UAE law.

The Child Protection Training by Insights Psychology DMCC is an evidence-based programme
designed to equip professionals and caregivers with the skills to recognise, respond to
and report child protection concerns in line with UAE legislative requirements.

The course is led by Marzena Filaszkiewicz, a CDA Dubai and CORU HSCPC Ireland
with over 15 years’ experience across educational and healthcare settings in the UAE
and Ireland.

KHDA CPD and DHA 4 Points.

Who is this training for?

This training is suitable for professionals and caregivers working with children,
including Allied Health Professionals, School Doctors and Nurses, Medical and Social Care Professionals, Teachers and Educators, Therapists, Parents, HR teams, and school or nursery leadership.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Recognise signs and symptoms of child abuse and neglect.
  • Understand safeguarding responsibilities under UAE Child Rights Law.
  • Respond appropriately to disclosures.
  • Know how to record and report child protection concerns.
  • Apply learning through practical scenarios and case discussions.
