Dr Rhea is trained across modalities, she gravitates toward a systemic way of working, which means understanding a person not in isolation but within the context of their relationships, environment, culture, and life experiences. This approach allows Dr Rhea to explore how patterns develop and how meaningful, sustainable change can be achieved within the wider system a person lives in. Dr Rhea specialises in neurodevelopmental assessment with a particular focus on ADHD and Autism in adults and young people. She has extensive NHS experience within community mental health teams, community learning disabilities and has spent much of her career supporting individuals living with persistent pain, long-term health conditions, and medically unexplained symptoms.
Dr Rhea’s clinical interests centre on the intersection between mental and physical health, particularly how trauma and identity interact with the body, illness, and a person’s sense of self. She is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care and supporting people to better understand their experiences so they can move toward a more empowered and meaningful life.
