Dr. Shradha Billawa is a UK-trained Counselling Psychologist with over 10 years of experience across NHS and private mental health services in the UK and UAE.

Dr. Shradha Billawa works with adolescents (15+) and adults, offering both therapeutic support and specialist assessments. She is trained in ADOS-2 assessments, UKAAN ADHD Training (DIVA) and cognitive assessments.

Therapeutically, Dr Shradha is trained in multiple therapeutic modalities, including EMDR and relational approaches that support emotional processing, trauma recovery, and healthier patterns in relationships and wellbeing. Her integrative style draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy and Narrative Therapy models, allowing her to tailor therapy to each person’s needs and context.

Dr. Shradha is a specialist in supporting neurodivergent people and she adopts a culturally sensitive and neuro-affirming stance that reduces stigma and fosters acceptance, inclusion, and self-understanding.

She works with clients experiencing anxiety disorders, depression, identity challenges, relational difficulties, and the emotional effects of long-term stress.

She has a particular interest in women’s health and the ways hormonal and life transitions shape emotional wellbeing, relationships, focus, and identity.

She is also attentive to how these experiences may interact with neurodivergent traits, recognising the unique challenges and strengths that can emerge across different stages of a woman’s life.

In her spare time, she enjoys travel, bouldering, and exploring creative interests like pottery.
