An innovative Architecture and Design Firm is seeking a skilled Architectural Job Captain to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to lead projects, mentor staff, and contribute to the firm's long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate project deliverables across all phases.
* Support Project Managers with project coordination.
* Lead a production team to deliver high-quality construction documents on time and within budget.
* Serve as a primary contact for clients and consultants.
* Design, sketch, and prepare drawings for proposed projects.
* Foster strong relationships with ownership, clients, production staff, consultants, and contractors.

Preferred Qualifications:

* B.S. or M.S. in Architecture.
* 3+ years of experience in architectural design and construction administration.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
* Knowledge of construction documentation, consultant coordination, and project management.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
