Job Title: Construction Site Superintendent
We are seeking an experienced Onsite Superintendent to oversee daily field operations and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
Assignment Details:
Temporary assignment: 8–12 weeks
Pay rate: $40–$45 per hour, based on experience
Overtime available
Background check required
Requirements:
Must speak English; Spanish is a plus
Concrete construction background preferred
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Strong communication and coordination skills
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and communicate with inspectors, subcontractors, and safety personnel
Assist the project team with scheduling, developing, and implementing project plans, procedures, and standards
Interface with on-site subcontractors to resolve issues and ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence
Support overall project objectives through proactive field leadership
Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site
