Group Therapy
Many people attending group therapies at Insights have already attended for individual therapies or assessments, and they have opted to extend their own support and growth by accessing therapy within a small group. All groups are led by at least one Insights therapist that has extensive experience and expertise with the type of group that they are leading. Some groups are held at our clinic in JLT, others can be accessed online. If you would like to attend a group but the details listed below don’t suit, please get in touch and we can hold your details for upcoming and similar opportunities. If you are new to Insights, or therapeutic intervention in general, and you are interested in joining, you can express interest through the link below and request a call back to seek some feedback regarding suitability.
