**Job Title: Welder/Fabricator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our dynamic team. This role involves interpreting blueprints and welding symbols, performing various types of welding, and ensuring the quality and compliance of completed welds and structures. **Responsibilities** + Interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and welding symbols. + Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding as required. + Fabricate, assemble, and weld metal components according to specifications. + Set up and operate welding equipment and fabrication machinery. + Inspect completed welds and structures to ensure quality and compliance. + Work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines. + Follow all company safety guidelines and OSHA regulations. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. **Essential Skills** + 1+ years of hands-on welding experience in a fabrication environment. + Proficient in MIG and TIG welding (Stick welding is a plus). + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and weld symbols. + Strong knowledge of metal types, thicknesses, and behavior under heat. + Familiarity with grinders, torches, plasma cutters, and other tools. + Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + AWS Certification preferred but not required. + High school diploma or GED required, trade school or vocational training a plus. **Why Work Here?** Join a team-oriented, innovative, and forward-thinking company that offers ample opportunities for growth within a large organization. **Work Environment** Work in a fabrication environment with shifts starting at 4pm-4am (5-5, 6-6, 7-7) and a $3 shift differential for the 2nd shift. Expect to work 48-55 hours per week. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Twinsburg, OH. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
