Job Description

**Job Title: Welder** **Responsibilities** + Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel and mild steel materials. + Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols to determine project specifications. + Prepare materials for welding by ensuring proper alignment and cleanliness. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques. + Experience working with materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols. + Capability to pass simple math tests involving measurements in inches. + Proficiency in using welding machines and tools. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
