**Job Title: Sr. Project Manager** **Job Description** Oversee all phases of steel erection, PEMB, and IMP projects - from preconstruction through closeout. Lead and mentor project teams including Project Managers and administrative staff. Coordinate with general contractors, engineers, detailers, and clients to ensure seamless communication and execution. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and manpower planning. Review contracts, drawings, and specifications to identify and mitigate potential risks. Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards. Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports. Conduct site visits to ensure work aligns with company standards and client expectations.
