Poised for substantial growth in 2023 and looking for a Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator to deliver on tough challenges and lead change in this highly competitive industry. We are a very client-driven group of professionals that take pride in being better than those that are bigger than us. The 3PL business is a “sky is the limit” industry that continues to see massive growth as brick-and-mortar businesses continue to transition to a direct-to-consumer model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a stand-up reach forklift to load, unload, move, and stack products.
• Pull and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues or malfunctions.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. 
• Seasonal Swing Shift| Mon–Fri 3:00 PM–11:30 PM + open to work weekends  

 Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience operating a stand-up forklift (reach truck).
• Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Must pass a drug test and a background.
• Must pass E-Verify.
