Position Overview

• Role: School Social Worker
• Location: McMinnville, OR
• Dates:  August 22, 2025-June 12, 2026
• Behavior Program (1st-12th grade)

Key Responsibilities

• Strong team collaborator with administration, school staff, parents, and community agencies
• Sharing information related to mental health and direct student needs
• Works on threat assessments and suicide risk assessments
• Meet with students proactively and following crisis situations
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff meetings, and team planning sessions

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Requires  LCSW licensure
• Previous school experience highly preferred
• Must pass  background check  prior to starting position

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $45-55/hour
• W-2 employment
