JOB REQUIREMENTS: Are you someone who enjoys working with youth and
making a difference in their lives? The Program Specialist implements, supervises, develops, and evaluates all programs and activities in the program area of Youth Center for members ages 6-12. The hours for this position are Monday through Thursday 2-7:00pm and Friday 11-5:00pm. On non-school days the hours would be 12:00-5:00pm. We are looking for someone with experience working with youth, ages 6-12, who can develop and administer programs and activities in our Youth Center. Effectively administer programs and activities for youth ages 6-12. Develop lesson plans and implement programs according to the plans. Develop relationships with youth to ensure trust and confidence in them, to recruit them to participate in programs. Promote and develop leadership skills to members. Implement and enforce all Club rules and policies with the members.
