About the Role
Midwestern IT is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Junior Business Analyst Training & Placement Program . This program is designed for candidates who are eager to launch or advance their career in business analysis while gaining hands-on experience in real project environments.
As a Junior Business Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, support project documentation, assist with data-driven decision-making, and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Our structured training ensures you gain the tools, methodologies, and best practices necessary to succeed in dynamic corporate settings.



Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
• Support the development of workflow diagrams, use cases, and project documentation
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and propose solutions
• Perform basic data analysis to support decision-making
• Participate in meetings, prepare presentations, and contribute to project updates
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality and compliance standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Eagerness to learn industry-standard BA tools and techniques
• Prior experience or academic exposure to business analysis is a plus, but not required
