Pediatric Physical Therapist (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Position Details: 

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Full-Time Salary: $79,191.67 – $102,543.06 annually (DOE)

Part-Time Pay: $54.81 – $76.96 per client hour (DOE)

What You’ll Need: 

  • Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
  • Active Oregon Physical Therapy License
  • CPR certification
  • Pediatric experience preferred; new grads strongly encouraged to apply
  • Ability to use a play-based approach
  • Willingness to learn safe use of suspension systems and therapy equipment
  • Comfort working in shared treatment spaces
  • Strong time-management, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • High professional accountability and ethical standards

What You’ll Do: 

  • Evaluate children and young adults (ages 0–21) for therapy needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Complete documentation that meets insurance, licensure, and supervisory requirements
  • Provide caregiver education and home programming
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
  • Offer guidance, resources, and support to clients and families

We have now been serving the community for over 35 years and our services include pediatric occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, mental health therapy, and naturopathic care. We combine the latest, most effective treatment and techniques to address the unique needs of each individual we serve. Our programs serve the whole person, not just one aspect of their development. Six clinics are located in the Portland metro area (Oregon City, Northeast Portland, Hillsboro, McMinnville, Wilsonville, and Clackamas). One in Medford with our partner, Medford Children’s Therapy.
