**Job Title: Packer** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Packer, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement of products. You'll work on the production line, handling food products, packaging them for delivery, and maintaining a clean and sanitized workspace. **Responsibilities** + Operate on the production line to package food products for distribution. + Ensure products are correctly packaged into totes for shipment. + Palletize totes and dispose of packaging materials such as cardboard. + Maintain a clean and sanitized production area. + Exhibit high attention to detail and organizational skills to track inventory effectively. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in packing, production, and packaging. + Experience in picking and lifting heavy items. + Strong math skills. + Ability to lift 40+ pounds. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including a 401k with a 3% match, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and pet insurance. Pay is $17hr. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Madison, WI. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
