Job Description

Wondering what our company does? Think of us as a Netflix for the safety and human resources world, however, we're not your typical compliance company.

We have a big vision for our brand and business, inspired by brands like Nike, MasterClass, Yeti and Apple to name a few. For this reason, we are searching for creative people that truly understand how to connect with audiences through award-worthy writing, design and overall content creation . This skill set will be applied to social media, website pages, blog articles, email marketing, Keynote presentations and much more. While there will be a wide range of responsibilities in this role, we'll be looking at candidates with portfolios that “shout” personality.

In addition to developing creative content, we'll need someone to help with “fine-tuning” and optimizing pages on our website. A basic understanding of SEO and how to write copy for web pages, meta descriptions, meta titles, etc. is a major plus. Attention to details and organizational skills are an absolute must in order to manage our key terms, blog articles and unique copy for each page.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Article creation and optimization on our blog to ensure we rank high on search engines across all topics. Knowledge of WordPress is a plus.
  • In additional to creating articles for our blog, the individual in this role will be required to: develop content clusters, revise old articles, build internal links, monitor the performance of all articles, and create a master document to organize topics and targeted keyphrases.
  • Continually research new topics for articles and stay current with industry regulations to ensure we are educating customers and prospects with the latest information.
  • Creative writing and design for social media, email marketing, landing pages, ads, presentations, marketing collateral and more.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to develop impactful social media campaigns to boost engagement and grow our brand.
  • Update and optimize general website pages to increase organic traffic and leads
  • Manage and organize our keyword library, meta descriptions, titles and URLs associated with unique website pages.
  • Continually review metrics in Hubspot, Google Analytics and SEMRush to address any low performing pages or other issues that could be negatively impacting traffic and page ranking.
  • Assist with Google Adwords and developing landing pages to increase MQLs.
  • Administrative tasks and other general marketing responsibilities will be required as needed.
