**️ INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE OPENING 1st Shift $33-35/hr******** **** **Cincinnati, Ohio** *******MUST BE ABLE TO PROGRAM PLC's******** **About the Role** **We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineer to join our team in the Flavor and Popcorn departments. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of specialized equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency and product quality.** **Key Responsibilities** + **Maintain and repair equipment including Auger Fillers, Gable Top Carton Filling Machines, Vertical Form/Fill/Seal Machines, and Combination Scales.** + **Ensure smooth operation of Conveyor Systems, Ink Jet Printers, Liquid Processors, Ribbon Blenders, Vibratory Screens, and X-Ray/Metal Detection equipment.** + **Install, program, and troubleshoot PLCs and other industrial control systems.** + **Perform equipment changeovers and scheduled maintenance based on production needs.** + **Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.** + **Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.** + **Interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications for accurate repairs.** **Required Skills & Qualifications** + **Proven experience with Auger Fillers, Vertical Form/Fill/Seal Machines, and similar equipment.** + **Strong knowledge of PLC installation, programming, and troubleshooting.** + **Expertise in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.** + **Ability to perform equipment changeovers and preventive maintenance.** + **Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documentation.** **Preferred Qualifications** + **Experience with boiler systems and electrical maintenance.** + **Familiarity with X-Ray and Metal Detection systems.** + **Strong organizational and communication skills.** **Why Join Us?** **✅ Competitive Pay: $28-$35/hour** **✅ 90% Company-Paid Benefits** **✅ PTO + 401(k) + Profit Sharing** **✅ Day Shift Schedule for Work-Life Balance** **✅ Supportive Team Environment** **✅ Opportunities for Growth and Development** **Work Environment** **You'll be part of a dynamic and collaborative team working with advanced technologies in a clean and efficient production setting.
