ROLE We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and brand awareness. They will help build the team from the ground up and provide mentorship along the way. The person in this role should expect to be a hands-on, active member of the team, working on day-to-day marketing tasks as well as guide the overarching strategy. We are open to both full-time candidates or Fractional Marketing Executives with experience with both SAAS companies and small start-ups.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns that align with company goals and objectives
  • Develop marketing team, providing mentorship to new and existing team members.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences
  • Manage the company's brand and ensure consistency across all marketing channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content and creative assets for marketing campaigns
  • Measure and analyze campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns
  • Experience with digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, G4 Analytics, social media, and email marketing
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
  • Proven ability to manage a team and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
