Job Title: Corporate Tax Manager
Job Location: Los Angeles, CA 
Job Type: Hybrid

Must-haves
Active CPA state of CA or JD/active law license required Corporate compliance and ASC740 provision experience to include prep, review and audit Must be willing to come into the office a minimum of 2 days a week Public accounting experience with top 15 accounting firms within recent experience or large regional firm Must have corporate tax experience in supporting large, multi-state/national/global companies

Required Skills
Minimum four to seven years of progressive tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience Experience in corporate income tax and strong ASC 740 Accounting for Income Taxes skills Excellent analytical, technical, and tax accounting/technology skills with proficiency in US GAAP and corporate income tax laws and regulations Strong working knowledge of broad-based statutory income tax compliance and consulting including state and local income taxes, taxation of international activity, and transfer pricing Exceptional client service, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Engagement management
