If you are motivated by opportunities to reach the next level and driven to grow your career through performance excellence, consider joining us as a Warehouse Team Lead in Union City, Georgia.  You will a have general responsibility for coordinating and supervising daily logistics activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area. You will work 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm and will be paid weekly 26.24 per hour. **How you create impact** **Tasks and Responsibilities:** + Supervise and coordinate unloading of inbound shipments + Orderly stacking of product + Picking and staging of outbound shipments in accordance with the highest possible levels of quality and productivity + Verify required inbound/outbound paperwork with drivers, ensuring that all products are properly counted + Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage & errors + Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all materials handling equipment + Ensure that the work schedules are correctly implemented and that duties are assigned effectively and completed properly + Maintain product locator system, and maintain high levels of inventory accuracy + Ensure the optimal utilization of space through warehouse consolidation + Rotate product as appropriate + Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area + Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse + Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety + Conduct operations in accordance with OSHA an MSDS standards + Complete all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurate fashion + Assure the integrity of the inventory and assist in conducting physical inventories + Adhere to Kuehne + Nagel's Quality, Safety, Health and Environment Program policies and procedures **What we would like you to bring** + High school diploma or equivalent  + Must be a U.S. citizen + 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment  + At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role  + Forklift operating experience  preferred + Basic technical and math skills  **What's in it for you** There has never been a better time to work in logistics. Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles.
