LaSalle Network is partnering with a high-growth manufacturer in Westminster, CO to bring on a contract Accounts Payable Specialist who’s ready to hit the ground running. If you’re energized by fast-paced environments, love problem-solving, and have top-notch invoice accuracy, this role is for you.
This is a chance to be part of a collaborative, high-output team where your attention to detail and efficiency will make a real impact.
Process a high volume of invoices daily
Match POs and packing slips to vendor bills
Manage vendor communication and resolve discrepancies
Track aging reports and assist with month-end close
Ensure all financial data is accurate and audit-ready
1+ year of recent accounts payable experience
Experience with ERP systems; SAP or Oracle a plus
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and a proactive attitude
On-site availability in Westminster, CO
Gain experience with a major player in the manufacturing space
Work with an experienced team and well-established processes

Compensation is based on an hourly rate of $23–$28 per hour, depending on experience and skill set. LaSalle Network contractors have the opportunity to enroll in benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance.
